The Great Chamber, Lytes Cary Manor

Lytes Cary Manor was home to the Lytes family for several centuries before they left and it fell into disrepair. The Jenner’s then bought Lytes Cary in 1907 and rescued it from decay. Parts of the manor date from the 14th Century, but there are sections from the 15th, 16th, 18th, and 20th centuries.

The gardens boast some fantastic herbaceous borders, and there are some magnificent walks in the grounds.
